- Highspot yesterday of the formal reopening of Cramp's Shipyard in Kensington was the laying of the keel for the 10,000 ton cruiser Wilkes-Barre. More than 25,000 persons turned out to parade, listen to speeches and wish Cramp's Godspeed.
