I grew up knowing Tony, a plumber by profession. Yip was one of the many Lebanese immigrants who started moving in when my grandparents' generation of Immigrants began passing way in my predominantly Italian Immigrant neighborhood at 10th and Federal Streets, where Tony and Yip would in the early summer evenings to just sit on the steps."
