- Caption from El Viaje: "Puerto Rican Boy Scout Troop 310 was installed in 1955 and was sponsored by Latin American Legion Post 840 and the Friends Neighborhood Guild, where this photograph was taken. The guild, located in Spring Garden, was among the Philadelphia that served the Puerto Rican community during the 1950s and beyond."
