- Newspaper clipping. Photo and caption. Newspaper unknown. Miss Anna McCue was 13 years old when she started working in a Kensington mill. At 23 years old she was sent from Washington union headquarters to Philadelphia to take charge of the headquarters of the Congressional Union at 1820 Pine Street. She was an activist in the Suffrage movement.
